Meet The Team

Victoria L.
Office Coordinator

Victoria was born in California and moved to New Mexico, Colorado, Texas, then Arkansas. A middle child of six children, she was in Colorguard and the Criminal Justice Program as a freshman.

​

Victoria has worked in customer service industries for over a decade. She is an aspiring writer, novice voice actor, and working towards her Bachelor's degree in writing. Victoria enjoys cooking, painting, and learning new things.

Rachel C.
Intake Co-ordinator

Rachel is originally from Long Beach, California, and moved to other states as a self-titled army brat. Through the military, she participated in volunteering for Relay for Life and food drives. 

​

Rachel's previous work experience includes hospitality and five years in retail management. She enjoys attending music concerts, traveling, and is a pet parent to a cat, Mr. Dinkles.

Heather M.
Marketing Co-ordinator

Heather is originally from the United Kingdom and has lived in Arkansas for over two decades. She enjoys freelance writing, embroidery, and caring for dogs Abbi and Polo.

Heather worked for 30 years in the healthcare industry, starting as a certified nurse aide. She also held positions as a marketing director, assisted living administrator, and state surveyor.

Colleen B.
Paralegal 

 

Colleen grew up in central Arkansas, where she began working as a truck driver and waitress. She is an avid motorcycle enthusiast and proud owner of two dogs. 

​

Colleen has 30 years experience as a paralegal in Arkansas, Texas, and Nevada. She testified at state hearings as part of a subcommittee revising workers' compensation laws.

Logan H.

Intern

Logan is from Oark, Arkansas and has a Bachelors in Political Science, with Minors in Psychology and American Studies. He is currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law and plans to become a member of the bar in 2025. 

During his free time, he likes to spend time with family, attend and volunteer at church, (try to) garden, and help his bee-keeping father with his bee hives (from a safe distance, of course).
